User comes only to a white page when they open any courses

Several users say that they log in without any problems, but when you click on one of the courses they have ordered to take the course, they only get a white page. They would receive lessons and quiz. Why does this happen?
When I go to WordPress Dashboard (back-end) and users to reset the password of the user who has the problem, I’ll only get a white page when I try to save the change. This applies regardless of what I am trying to change. This makes it impossible for me to log in to Eduma to see the user’s problems with my own eyes. My profile works as it should, but I’m an administrator and not a regular user.
I have not made any changes, did not make any new courses or did anything other than update WordPress, Eduma and Learnpress every time an update arrives. Therefore, do not understand what the problem may be or how I can solve it. Can you help me?
My support agreement expires in 4 days, so I need help now. Otherwise, I have had big trouble getting Learnpress / Eduma to work side I purchased this package. However, do not want to give up the package yet, as this is too much work.
