Vimeo Embed Shows Link, not the Embeded Video

Hello, I’m running into an issue when I embed some of the Vimeo videos into the course builder page in a lesson.
I recorded a video for you, there is no audio in it to demonstrate what’s happening.

https://vimeo.com/437980791/60c89af0e5The video begins at the Vimeo page which verifies that all of my settings are correct and I know this because I’ve not had this issue before on any of the other sites I maintain.
You will see that after I have inserted the Vimeo video URL, I paused to make sure that the video preview shows up. That took some time as the site is running a little slowly today and it’s under construction. However, it makes no difference whether I wait for the preview to load or not as the result is still the same.
After I insert the link and then click UPDATE on the page, the result is still the same.
What I wind up with is the actual link and not the embedded video each time.

Ps
I am not using the insert URL media etc… box at the bottom of the lesson because this by default place is everything at the top of the page and that is not where I’d like it I need it under the descriptive text.Thank you very much.
