Technical issues in customising theme

(1) We are facing some issues due to coding system and other technical issues where we customise and add text to causes but it is automatically updated in menu except image.
(2) We dont see option to customise donate form. please show us how we can do it.
(3) We want to use coming soon page with customised text, how we can do it?
(4) how to change Charity WP logo as appearing in footer -
