Website Demo not same and complet brake

Hello,
I instaled fresh clean wordpress and added your theme as in documentation, after i import the demo even if i use Elementor or SiteOrigin the website is complet brake even on mobile even on desktop, missing style, pictures, menu, logo, arangment …etc
Testes 4 times, 2 times chosing elementor 2 times siteorigin on Demo 8
:| is there a trick or simpting i didnt figure it out ?
Its not my first website instalation, i think i instaled till now more then 50+
