What page link can I insert my form code from?

Hello. On my coaching theme when a new user hits ‘register’ at the top right corner of the site, I would like them to come to my custom form first please here: [gravityform id=”1″ title=”false” description=”false”] which has a built in honey pot and auto registers the new people into my mailchimp account.
Then when they are done submitting that form I would like them to continue on to your normal link they see when they hit register which is here: https://fullbellymeter.com/account/?action=register
Right now I could only find the link above so I have everything showing on the one page, even though it is working, is it possible for me to have them hit my form first (and see nothing else on the page -> then get directed to the theme ‘register’ process?
