Where can I change words on campaign pages?

Dear support team,
I bought the Charity WP theme and do my first steps. Because I will use it in german I wanna change the words ‘raised’, ‘goal’, ‘donate now’ on the campaign pages and ‘view all’ on the home page.
Loco translate is already in use but I cannot identify the right theme or plugin to translate.
Hopefully you can help me.
