Where to change the theme's body width?

Hello,
I just bought your theme, especially for the Autocar magazine.
Installation went well, but the layout of my install isn’t the same as in the demo. The main body width of my install is only 1070px, while in the demo it’s 1360px for the home page, and 1320px for single post/pages. I don’t see any theme options to change those widths, so I’m wondering if these must be changed with CSS snippets.
Can you please login to my install and fix the setup so that I really get the same as your demo? Please advise also where or how the widths can be set in a proper way.
Then, there is no child theme included in the download, while you make mention of it in the documentation. I created one, but wondering why it’s not included.
I provide the login credentials in the advanced information form.
