Woocommerce Add on for Learnpress not activating

Hi Ive purchased woocommerce Add-on for learn press and Ive installed the plug in but it wont let me activate it.. it keeps telling me theres an add on that needs updateding… as far as I can see theres nothing needs updateding and ive tried deactibating eveything and it still says it cant be activated..
Please help as this is becomh extremly frsutarating!!
