WooCommerce plugin(s) to email users monthly when new products matching their sa

I suspect I won’t find a single plugin that will do what I need, so I’m open to combinations of plugins, as well.

What I’m trying to do is allow my users to select search filters (e.g. Gender:male, Color:blue, Price:$20-50), save the search and give it a name, then every month send them an email with any products added in the past month that match their search criteria.

I’m a software developer, so if I need to dig into PHP and mess with hooks or something, I’m okay with that, but I’d prefer to pay for a solution that gets me at least most of the way there. Thanks!
