WPML Translate Thim Elementor Kit

Hi!
I’m trying to translate Thim Elementor Kit with WPML, but if I do it in the normal way (doing click to the + symbol) I can translate the text but in template where is used appears Unsupported.

If I do it different, and I change the language (I’ve the main language in catalan and I want to translate it in spanish) and I start a new header, for example, I can choose the template (header, footer), the page but then Elementor won’t open.

There is way to translate the header-footer-courses (I’m using Thim Elementor Kit Pro)?

I moved the website to the url https://bethaqui.com/
The user and password to enter are the same, but no WPML warning appears and I can’t translate nothing.

Can you comprove it?

I translate footer and if you change the language you can see that in Type appears Unsupported and in front-end doesn’t appears the Footer translated.
Is what I was telling you in the beggining of the topic.

Sorry, but I don’t know why I need the language swicher where you tell me.
My language swither is in the popup menu, at the bottom left in the website.
If you want to see the website in spanish you just have to go to https://bethaqui.com/es/ and you’ll see that no footer appears, cause no Type in Elementor Kit Translation can be selected. The problem is in Elementor Kit, not in the switcher…..

Sorry, I don’t understand you.
If you follow this topic you’ll see that I said that I move my site from ficam.cat to bethaqui.com.
And the problem is in bethaqui.com when I tried to translate to spanish, then bethaqui.com/es.
Can you check the problem in bethaqui.com, please?
I tell you in the topic that have the same user and password that ficam.cat, cause is the site moved.
And you show me an image in the topic of bethaqui.com.

If you enter to bethaqui.com/wp-admin with user and password and then you go to https://bethaqui.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=thim_elementor_kit&lang=es&admin_bar=1 that is thim elementor in spanish you’ll see that no Type (header, footer….) appears and appear Unsupported and no footer appears in front end, cause I can’t choose the Type.

I don’t know if you are kidding me or what is happening?
Please, read the title of the topic, WPML Translate Thim Elementor Kit.

The problem is if I translate the footer, header o course in another languague with WPML in Thim Elementor Kit, I can’t not choose the type (Header, Footer or Single Course) with the translated header, footer or single course and the type is Unsupported.

There is 10 days asking for a solution and always is a non possible solution or it seems the people who is writing is different and we start again and again in an eternal bucle.

You tell developers were on it…..but final you give a non possible solution and no code changes appear to solve the WPML translation.

Then you tell me:
please create 1 more footer like that set to spanish language. Where Display on Language in the widget, each widget chooses for a different language and check again.
But you or your developers never test it, cause if you try to do that Elementor won’t open and a lot of errors appears in the console….

Can you tell me a real solution, please?????????????

Can you check that it doesn’t work?
If you enter to the web you’ll see that the type is unsupported.
And if I do what you tell me to do in the previous reply, only can used for the main language, not for the translations.
Is two weeks that I’m asking you for a solution, but no solution is given to me.
