Oh, as we told you about before, reason by payment not completed (just pending) user can’t access courses of level. LP – PMS is only getting the status of Membership Order to check the user can access courses. Not process payment (status order of woo)

– We checked your site and see all links on the page profile always redirect. Are you custom code, or config which the plugin? We think some plugins not of Plugin make it errors. Please check.

1. Can view other instructors courses in my instructor account
– No, an instructor can view yourself, view course other if set in co-instructor.
2. When I click, save draft or submit review buttons not responding(not loading)
3. As an instructor when I log in, the site not allowing to access the frontend editor. I need to go back to the admin dashboard and clear caches, then only I can get access to the frontend editor– We try to debug, but don’t know why. You sever too much caching.

One thing, we see slug ‘الشهادات’ you config on LP Setting for the certificate have trouble, temperate you should set text English, we’ll check more about that, we set it to ‘certs’.

The the certificate is showing now, Thank you very much, but the other issue which is; when the user pays for just one certificate, all his certificates will show as paid and he can view and download all of them without paying for all, even if he did not add them to the cart.
– Oh, I see that, but it errors with show button, if client click button certificate (if not buy), it will 404. We’ll fix and reply to you when have done it.
