Ok, but I still believe it is a problem with learnpress, as stated all along. If I change the theme (again), will you look at the plugin?
On the aforementioned test.xxx.de (for which I have given you account infos too) you can see that with a different theme it is the same problem.

I installed UM after learnpress’s stuff it did not work, hoping to find a way to replace learnpress’s stuff. But since people can get to lp-bezahlvorgaenge without signing in or registering here, it is no use anyway. I have taken out UMs short code. You are also welcome to uninstall UM. Or I can do it if you prefer…
I can also create a new instance of WordPress with OneBusiness and learnpress ONLY – which I have already done. I created this one after that one did not work, and I had a slight hope that it might be because of the order in which things had been installed . I have just sent you the access infos in this edited post here, in case you want to see ….
this site has also some debug plugins…
I am sorry, Phuong Ngoc, but I don’t understand. Do you need access to the database behind the installation? The account shared is an admin account for the wordpress site. I have never used an FTP for the installation – but I can get a copy of the whole database, I am sure.

Maybe one more comment – it is not the contact for that is the problem. To buy a course the user has to have registered. But if the user comes the the autocreated site (mysite/lp-bezahlvorgaenge-kasse/) without being logged in, then there is the option to either register or log in. HERE, if the person wanting to buy a course wants to register using the fields provided, then the critical error occurs. I have not tested if the member login via the same page would work.

Hi, I tried One business, which is a Thimpress theme. It had many problems, not just that one with the registration, but also formatting problems of some other automatic thiempress pages, Which is why I tried a different theme, which seemed more adapted to your requirements…
So it should not be a problem with the theme, but with the plugin….
I have now changed back to one business, could you please check again? Thank you!
