Finish course button not showing for user

User already passed the final quiz but the finish course button is not showing for him. Coincidentally he is appearing two times on the grade book, don’t know if is something related.
The “Allow showing the completed button when the student has completed all items but has not passed the assessment course yet.” but even though the button is not shown.
