HI,
when I make changes in the email text of a mail they are not implemented. The subject and email header do get implemented only in the text in the content type field is not modified and so my students receive emails with the default completed text from Learnpress. it looks like a bug.
Is there any solution for this?
Currently i’m also using the Learnpress woocommerce, LearnPress – Certificates, LearnPress – Course Review and Learnpress- student list add ons
I just noticed that the mail went well on the 1st order and not on subsequent orders.

Yes is know that I can enable the emails by going to Learnpress => settings => email. That is not my problem.
I will try to explain it better:
When I modify/edit/change the email text within the settings, these changes are not reflected in the emails sent to students, such as the order confirmation email. Instead, the student receives an email containing the default text from LearnPress, which I did not configure. I am certain that I am saving the changes correctly, so that is not the issue.
So in short, when I edit the email text te changes are not made when the email send.
The first time an email was sent, the modifications I made were correctly applied, and the email included LearnPress’s formatting. However, for subsequent emails sent to other students, the changes I made are not being applied. Instead, the emails contain the default text from LearnPress, which I did not configure.

Hi Julia,
Unfortunately, I can’t give you admin access to my website due to privacy concerns of my students and clients. Can you please explain to me what’s the problem and how I can solve it?
For clarity, I have a screenshot of the email settings:
https://prnt.sc/ijCvcmM5PITXand here is a screenshot of the email being sent.
https://prnt.sc/A0U4tyIm3mVhYou can see that the email description in the editor does not match the email being sent.
