LearnPress Premium Add-ons Error Since Update 3.0.0

Hi!
I sent an email to Tung to help me with this but I am still not able to get this resolved. We have this pack and since the 3.0.0 Update of LearnPress I am not able to get any of the add-ons to activate. Tung said to update them but I do not see how to do this. I would like to get this option fix, please.
I even went as far to buy a new theme just to see if that would work and it doesn’t either. We are missing the gradebook from the admin side to get reporting off of it.
Please help! We have this product on two sites and have to have it back up and running by Monday 3/19 at 8am CST.

No This is not ok, the system is still not functioning! Yes everything is up to date I have uninstalled and and reinstalled multiple time but the features are still not working. The grade book is missing! the pages are giving 404’s, information is no longer liked.
I am so disappointed in your service! I need to talk to a manager ASAP! and actually call me this time so we can really work on this together!
This is ridicules! we have been down for 6 days! and we have paid you over $600!.

First of all, you didn’t even import any demo, that’s why it looks incomplete (which I already did for you). Secondly you also didn’t install Gradebook plugin (which I already did for you). Lastly, I don’t know who set up the server for you but it automatically adds to the URL that’s why all pages are 404. Please contact your server and send them the screenshot below and ask them to re-config the site URL. Tell them anytime you enter https://btbennysworld.com/ it goes to https://btbennysworld.com/www.btbennysworld.com
I’m sorry you have been having bad experience but it is not fair to blame all of those on us. I hope we will have a common voice after this time.

Hi,
I have attached the email correspondence that I have had with your team members.
Here is the order of events to give you more information:
– New Release of 3.0.0
o This broke most of our features within the LearnPress system
o Contacted WP to try and figure out what was going on. They were unable to help us since it was not their product.
o Contacted Tung to figure out what was going on.
We could not get the additional add on activated due to version. I was not able to get the new version for your site either. This was very confusing since I was told that we would still get all upgrades to the system without renewing the service aspect.
– We bought the theme to see if this would resolve the issues that we were having.
o We installed everything, and the site was still not working. We then installed the demo data and it was still not working. The gradebook was still missing even though it was installed and active. The sites were all showing wrong things and giving 404 Errors. The mapping of courses, lessons and quizzes were all messed up as well, it was like they were no longer linked.
o So, then I uninstalled the demo information and reactivated our old theme due to that this is what was in production.
o Emailed Tung and created the post.
– Then due to no response we bought the Add-On package again to see if this would resolve the issues.
o I installed all add ons and activated them, but we were still having the same issues.
The gradebook was missing, pages were displaying incorrect information.
o Sent another email to Tung and Pham with screen shots of all the issues that we were seeing.
o Added note to the forum.
– Then from the Forum comment from your team it reverted everything back to were it was even worse that what it was before.
o I contact WP about the DB, they are reviewing this. We have just used it as is and have not had a hand in how it was set up.
At this point we would like to know if this is truly resolvable or not. If it is not, then we would like our money back from the latest purchases.I am up and awaiting your response.
