ParticipantHello,
I’d like to raise a problem that I’ve been encountering and sharing on the forums for some time now, and which doesn’t seem to have an obvious solution.
See one of the few exchanges on the subject which unfortunately is not publicly accessible: hereLearnPress doesn’t display the lessons and quizzes in the course backend when we try to make changes.
Here is a screenshot.I’ve already created courses where the lessons are displayed correctly. When I create new courses and update them with new lessons, they are not displayed.
The lessons do appear in the list of lessons in the backend and in the online courses on the website.
Deactivating plugins/themes doesn’t change anything.
Neither does going back to previous versions. Which, by the way, is out of the question for me, given that I use other ThimPress plugins that need to be updated in order to be activated.Would you have a solution to this problem?
Thank you in advance. -

ParticipantThanks for the feedback.
I’m in contact with my hosting company.
But the thing is :
– I checked the health status of my WordPress and loopback connections seems to be ok.
– I already created courses with no display issue, so the server is ok.What can be the reason that know the plugin is no more functional ?
This issue was reported several times since years.
There is inevitably something unfixed or a common reason that lead some of us in that issue. -

ParticipantDear Julia,
The issue was solved for a period but it appeared again.
You told me something about background in Woocommerce tools but I did not find anything to try to do it myself.
Could you please be more specific on your manipulation ?Edit: I did an update of Woocommerce plugin recently, it may caused back the issue, or it deleted the fix.
Thank you.

ParticipantSorry. Access unlocked.
Waiting your feedback regarding the reason.
Does the update broke the fix ?
Thank you. -

ParticipantStrange, you checked the course “Troubleshooting” and it seems to be ok.
But not for the course “Debancarisation”, for example. Here are 2 screenshots to show you the issue :
– dashboard view : it is a previous version of my course
– website view : it is the actual version of my courseIt must be like on the website view but when I am on the dashboard, I see a different version.
If I tried to modify something (add lessons, change title or the lesson order), the update will not save anything, except the introduction text.
So, it works the time I updated my course then, it do not work anymore. Finally, I am not able to modify my course.
PS : I tried on 2 browsers, both of them with cache completely cleaned.

ParticipantAdditional information: I am able to modify the course “test for troubleshooting” but I am not able to modify the course “Debancarisation”.
EDIT and solution : I clear the cache of my navigator BUT, it was also necessary to clear the cache of the plugin LiteSpeed Cache.
It is probably the case for all other cache plugins I think. This post can be marked as resolved. (finger crossed)
Thank you.
