Problem logging into my website

I created a website with Eduma theme and used Paid Membership Pro Addon for Thimpress for user registration. One of the accounts allows users to become Instructors (Eduma theme option) which gives them access to the backend, and the other makes them Subscribers. Below are the issues i’m having:
1. Users can’t login easily even if they have the right credentials, it takes them to another logging form with the url https://mywebsite.com/wp-login.php
2. Users should not see Admin login form in https://freindel.com/wp-login.php and it still doesn’t allow them to login either.
Please help me resolve this because it delayed the launch of my website.
