About Events And Cell Phone Mode

Hi There,
A my page http://www.cursosaudiologia.com is showing problem with event since i updated it today.
Before, people went to the events section and when they clicked to add it to the cart, a window would come down that said: VIEW CART.
That window has disappeared and when people click to book an event it does not show anything and it does not become intuitive because we have many people writing that they do not know what to do because the page does not let them pass.
Can you help me?

B When I open the page from a cell phone, it does not present the cart icon in the upper right.
