Answer Options on Learnpress Questions doesnt load on any browser?

  I’m trying to add a new question to Learnpress, the system lets me add the title but doesn’t load answer Options which looks like it’s stuck in a permanent loop of loading, I’ve tried other browsers and on tablet/ mobile but its doing the same thing, please advise?
