Can´t translate all buttons

So i am working on the website cmh-rudel.de and i try to translate all english words using loco translate. It works well for most of the parts, but there are still some sections open, i can not find where to translate. For example on the front page (when you scroll down to the courses) there is this hover-activated button “read more”. Can you please tell me, where or how i can translate these things? Same problem with “buy course” button when you click on the course.
