Certificate File Name and Date Setting

When a certificate is printed out, the PDF file name is not named for the course. Where can I set the PDF file name to be the name of the course passed?
Also, where is the date format set? It comes out 22/11/21 but I want it to say November 22, 2021, which is what is in WordPress Settings.
Course: LAANC for Drones – File name= faa-107-uag-certification-preparation.pdf – SHOULD be “LAANC-for-Drones.pdf
Please indicate the EXACT and COMPLETE steps to find that setting.
