Doubts about the incorporation of instructors

Hello,
I am going to put some instructors in the school who will take a commission for their courses. but they could also be affiliated. I have several doubts about it and I would like you to help me:
1. Can the commissions be paid through stripe or just paypal?
2. where do you have to put your accounts to receive payment?
3. How can I differentiate the commissions that are carried? They can do it by affiliate link only for memberships or by their own courses but they cannot have both affiliate and instructor commission for the same course
4. I want the whole school to have the same image. How can I get them to access a certain template to upload their courses?Thanks,
