      Hi, can the extra options be disabled/ not show when making a booking. There are no extra options to display and having this might be confusing for people making a booking.

      Hi Julia,
      the problem is the Extra Options window displays when there are no extra options, users have to click the add to cart button which is confusing as there is nothing to add video

      Seriously, if you can’t access the admin login can you check your ip address and send through the ip address details when you message that you cant access the web page
