Having a problem with only one quiz (The other works well)

Hallo i have the same issue that was stated in the topic https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/question-appears-blank-when-hitting-next-button-in-quizzes/ , and checked the version of the plugin and it’s the latest update.
the issue is that i have 4 courses & only one of them has this issue, when i play next the address bar changes to the correct question link but the screen shows blank. i’m trying this is and need it to work, cos i’m planing on buying the add on plugins, but if this is an unfixable bug then i can’t continue using it, but it’s the best quiz plugin so far.
I even boght two plugins so maybe i would qualify for support but i still have the same issue
Even with certificates, i baught the plugin but it seems that if you don’t pass or even take the course you can download the certificate, so what’s the point of the plugin? i could’ve just uploaded a template image and asked the students to fill them as they’d like that would’ve been cheaper
