Learnpress empty order

I have Learnpress and Woocommerce Learnpress Integration on my site. When user doesn’t register making an order, Woocommerce order is completed but Learnpress order show empty item. User can not access the course. If user register and log in to purchase, it is okay, no problem happens.
Pleaser help advise how to solve this issue.

Dear doxuanhuy29k1,

When you purchase a course as a guest, you cannot participate in the course. Unless you used email – made that purchase, then created a new account.

After you complete the purchase of the course, an email will be sent to you containing the order key https://prnt.sc/duNegI-i4Hh6 -> Please create an account with the email you just purchased -> Then go to the profile page > order -> Enter your order key here > Click Recover https://prnt.sc/1puvGqtuQzO8 -> Then you can start the course

I am sorry but I need to clarify it once again. When user goes to checkout page and input their information, Woocommcerce is automatically created an account and send an email to user. So it is not check out as guest case. Eventhough, when I do as you instruct, Learnpress course assigned in Woocommerce order is still not shown up.

Can you advise further?

Oh you misunderstood what I meant. When you buy a course with a guest, ok you can buy it but when studying you are required to create an account and log in to it, then enter the order key as I instructed above so you can learn it. . You can buy as a guest but you cannot study as a guest, your learning process will not be saved.

Learnpress course assigned in Woocommerce order is still not shown up -> please provide admin account and password I will check it.

The problem comes from our Woocommerce Learnpress plugin, you cannot fix it yourself, when you encounter any error please create a topic and we will answer you.
