Need to hide personal information from reviewers/comments

Hi,
If someone leaves a comment or review on one of my courses, their information becomes public and anyone can click on their LP Profile link and see information like their e-mail address, courses they have taken, certificates, their name etc. I need a way to be able to disable this LP profile link on the courses pages. There needs to be a way to hide this personal information, if this can be done in the update that would be ideal as this will affect all EU customers from May 2018. They need to be able to hide users personal data or potentially face a fine.
