On a “Course” page, I can’t seem to edit the background image or sub-heading

The sub-heading seems to contain default data “One of the key differences is that JavaScript does not have classes; instead, the class functionality is accomplished by object prototypes. The other main difference is that functions are objects, giving functions the capacity to hold executable”
I did not write that. However, I can’t seem to find where to remove/upate that. And I want to update the default background image for Course pages.
