Payments Stuck in Pending – URGENT lost $960 in revenue

URGENT. Please help. Several payments were stuck in the PENDING state for both Stripe and Paypal on my site. I tried to permanently delete the duplicate pending payments to see if that would resolve the issue but it still keeps happening with new payments. I had to push the transaction through for free for my customers. But I have lost over $960 in revenue because of this issue. PLEASE HELP resolve this? Why are all new payments stuck in pending?
