Pretty Photo not working on Portfolio

  I have created different portfolio and added images to it. But images are loading in window instead of lightpox(prettyphoto).
  Can you please let me know if there is any setting from where I can turn prettyphoto turned on.
  Its admin login info, you can check and fix the issue.
