Put a link with “Courses by instructor”

Hi, we want to get a link in the “Courses by instructor” to the courses that is the instructor. For example: if the instructor has 2 courses as instructor, get the link to a page where shows the 2 courses.
Like for example in his profile page: http://iicefs.org/campus/perfil/juanramonheredia/
We mean where now it’s the label Formaciones impartidas 2
