Using an external booking engine with Sailing

Hi – we want to use the sailing theme but want to use a third party booking engine (that has higher capabilities). How can we get the rooms information pages to not display room prices (which come from the WP Hotel booking)? The correct price information will be in our external booking engine, not in WP hotel booking
