Added: Add the course category and tag to the menu.
Fixed: Upgrade LP3 to LP4 missing result of the lesson.
Updated: Update the text grammar.
Changed: Type input regular price & sale price to text.
Modified: LP_DateTime class.
Modified: Call quiz get_questions function to get_question_ids.
Remove: Delete the file class-lp-backward-plugins.php, class-lp-factory.php, class-lp-query-search.php, class-lp-course-utils.php, and class-lp-rest-authentication.php
Remove: the code deprecated before.
