Additional information of the Comments tab, it is displayed incorrectly (AGAIN)

    We have the same problem again with the Additional Information messages that are in the course tabs.

    They are seen below the course tab, instead of above…

    We already made a request about this in a previous post and it was resolved. Why does it happen again?
