Always "no availability" and can't save room price plans

Hi there,
Check availability based on date always gives “no availability” back although I haven’t set a block date or any other booking has been made during that date.
Apart from that, saving price plans on edit room page doesn’t work. It always ends up with empty values again. Same goes for creating additional or global price plans.
Please have a look and help me with a fix.
