Cannot customize url from rooms to hotel or accommodation

Hi

I cannot change the url from http://www.website.com/rooms/….. to something else of my choice like http://www.website.co./hotel/location

I was told to change it under pages but it does not work. I can only edit the url after rooms. I cannot remove the word rooms completely from my url and add what I want.

What should I do? Did I miss something in the settings?

Please give me your site URL and a WordPress admin account by using “access information”, see instruction here https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/, I will check your issue.

And please backup your website before we do anything on your website.
