Critical error – because of the THEME

I am unable to edit anything. getting critical errors. I reported this to my hosting. I shared them exact this video: https://watch.msbacademy.com/share/bnczda2bb4ujc0d8r0fy0azm2whe1do1
and then they told me this “Here I can see that there is a particular file custom.php that doesn’t exist and your theme needs. It is due to that file.” and provide these 3 screenshots:

https://share.msbofficial.com/wbuvnXA6so please check this theme issue and fix it asap. I am unable to edit anything because of that.
