Header is not changing anymore

Hi!
Last night I was playing with my website (www.hulpmetpaarden.nl) and this morning something changed.
The header is not getting small when you go down.
Before it was like this: if you go down on a page, the logo gets small, the menu gets small, the search button is gone, etc.
Now: Everything stays big and the page you want to read is only half readable…I don’t know what I did to make this happen. I did not change the logo or anything.
