How to edit text for Google SEO?

Hi,
I have two questions i hope you can answer.
Please see this photo: https://imgur.com/a/IdKAJQv
1) The SEO text in the read box, where do i edit that?
2) The pages ‘all course’ that is seen below. I am not allowed to delete it and it does not disappear when making it private, can i hide it in some way, so it will not pop up on Google? :-)
