Missing options under Customize, can’t edit/add Events as before

Hi,
yesterday i updated theme and after that i wanted to add new event on my page (as usual). But i noticed that inside new event, many options are missing. i couldn’t setup layout or change header photo..nothing. It looks like many setup options are missing. Also, I looked on Dashboard, under Customize settings and also many options are missing. I will send access info under advanced information so please take a look as soon as possible because at the moment, we can’t do any changes on website. And that is a big problem. Thanks in advanced!
