Moving license to new cpanel due provider migration

Hey,
can someone help me to move license from initialy cpanel where i activated license to a new one? Reason for this is that provider do migration to new package and with security improvements. They created new cpanel dns/site. When i wanted to activate theme there, its says, it is already activated on old one, which will be depricated soon.
