Need clarification with course payment

Here is the scenario we are looking at:

We want all the courses to be accessed through membership not through individual enrollment, so on the membership page, we are going to have list of courses for each membership level

Now on the courses page, for courses without individual course payment, it shows as free and if we have a course fee, it seems to the user as that is in addition to the membership fee, and It is really confusing.

Is there an option to hide course fees on the course page or should we do it with css?
