New Certficate issue background image does not displayed after clicking update

We are using Eduma Thimpress theme and part of the package is this certificate plugin. We had successfully activated the plugin and followed the instructions on how to configure the certificate using your youtube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXE_9pU1ty0. We are already in the uploading the background image stage, but when we select an image and click update, the whole certificate display will become a small, broken image. We already tried everything, like uploading different types of images (jpg, png, svg etc) but still the same error occurred. I hope you can help us ASAP, as we have a deadline to complete this feature. thank you.
