Plugin installation and import data error

Dear THIMPRESS,
I have faced two problem below:
1- Visual Composer (Require) and Slider Revolution after installation, the status “You can try again later”
2- import data (Demo 03) error “The plugin does not have a valid header”.I increased PHP limits according to the document as below:
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 32M
upload_max_filesize = 32Mplease advise or guid.
