Remove clouds from header menu

Hello, I would like to remove clouds which show up in header menu upon first load, and when scrolled to the top.
When I scroll down, they disappear because sticky menu gets activated (I guess), but otherwise those clouds show up which quite frustrate me.
I tried looking through theme files, can’t find them anywhere or locate them with page inspection.Video example is in this link: https://www.screencast.com/t/fyHmy99QfI
