Student Profile not Working

Hi
I have used the shortcode to display the student profile as written in the documentation [learn_press_profile]. However, it is displaying the instructor profile instead of a student profile.
Is there a different shortcode I should use for the student profile? Or is there a setting to be done to enable student profile to display?

The cause of the problem is your theme, if I activate the default theme, the shortcode will display the correct user profile page content. Please check again.

Hi Daisy,

I got the theme from Envato and I have already set up all the other pages and courses so changing the theme is a very big deal for me. To avoid such an event in future, how do I know that the next theme I buy won’t have a similar problem? Is there a way to check?
