Updating to PHP 8 breaks website specifically the Thim galax plugin

After updating wordpress and PHP to their latest versions my website breaks and the header and footer dissapears along with a number of other issues. However when I deactivate the Thim Galax plugin the majority of the site is intact except for the short code elements.
I attached pictures of both versions of the site.
Is this plugin simply not updated to be compatible with PHP 8 or is there something I can do on my end to fix this?
