Hello:
We are setting up a new LearnPress system and are creating a test Course to experiment with. We have created one Course, with one Section, and one Lesson.
We can see the Course at the URL: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/
When we click on Curriculum, we see this URL: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/?tab=tab-curriculum
When we click on our Lesson called Overview, the site goes to this link: http://localhost:8085/index.php/courses/the-startup-stage/lessons/overview/
The Lesson does not show. Instead, and error shows up:
OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search? We are running this site on a Windows Server 2012 R2, with IIS 8.5, PHP 7.3.10, and WordPress 5.0.7 using the WordPress Theme Twenty Seventeen.
We have checked other similar posts and changed our Permalink setting to Post Name, which shows a format of: http://localhost:8085/index.php/sample-post/
See attached screenshot files. We don’t know what to do from here. Any help with this would be great and appreciated.
Thanks.

Dear skdrummr,
The reason is due to you’re using index.p[hp for your slug http://prntscr.com/pkcxyd. That’s why this issue came.
Please remove index.php then check it again. And let me know.
Best regards,

Hi Huyen:
Thanks for the response.
Yes, we had tried that already and it generates a 404 error. See the attached file.
Thanks again.

Dear skdrummr,
Please delete it both in the .htaccess file.
If you don’t know how to to remove it, please contact your hosting provider. They’ll help you remove it.

Hi Huyen:
We are running this site on a Windows Server with IIS not in an Apache server, so we don’t have an .htaccess file.
Thanks again.

Dear skdrummr,
With this case, we need access to your wp-admin to check more carefully. Can you give me your site access info, using access information?
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Huyen:
We solved the problem. In a Windows Server environment, you have to install the URL Rewrite Module. Here is the link to the module: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/extensions/url-rewrite-module/using-the-url-rewrite-module
Make a note of this for other users of LearnPress in the future that also use Windows Server instead of Apache.
Thanks for the help.
