Hi, we’re experiencing some problems with our website as course approval rate seems to be changing randomly without our interaction.
Imagine you have 5 courses with a 50% approval grade
If you check it tomorrow, 2 courses will have 0% approval rateWhy is it happening? We’re not changing course settings manually. Could it be related to the process of duplicating a course? We’re using Yoast Duplicate Post to clone courses. Maybe some course data is being shared between courses and when we edit one, the others lose their settings.
Thanks

Dear campustech,
Sorry, but what is the approval grade? Could you give me a picture of that section?
Do you mean the Passing Condition Value?
And when this happened? Every day in the morning?Best regards,
Star Lord

Sorry, we’re talking about the Assessment section
We have some courses with 50% and when we review after some days we see it with a 0%. Those courses have a final exam with a 50% approval too -

Dear campustech,
Please install the plugin “WP Activity Log” to track your website and check if anyone changes that setting.

Hi Star Lord, issue persists and we’re not manually changing anything apart from editing the course lessons occasionally.
Our course assessment randomly change from 50% to 0% without our interaction. If we change evaluate_final_quiz to 50% and then we check the assessment form a few days later, it changed to 0%.
We changed it to 50% again, saved and then checked wp_postmeta table WHERE post_id = COURSE_ID. We detect a new row for that course:
meta_id – post_id – meta_key – meta_value
XXXXXXX – COURSE_ID – _lp_final_quiz – COURSE_EXAM_IDWhy this wp_postmeta row where meta_key = ‘_lp_final_quiz’ randomly appears?
Thanks for your help -

Hi Star Lord, we can’t provide that details for privacy reasons. As well, our website is working in production with thousands of users so we can’t test things right now.
If you need some details like the plugins we have, theme… we can provide it to you as well as all the information that you need
Thanks
