Cannot remove the overlay on the header section

The overlay of header always change with my theme color, how can I remove it?

Dear ronaldtsecf,

With this issue, please go to Appearance / Customize / General / Custom CSS & JS / put the css code below to Custom CSS:

.top_site_main .overlay-top-header {
   background: none;
}

Then select Publish and go to your site to check the result.
