Can’t edit or change or add or delete elements on the HOPE PAGE! Really???

I can only edit some of the parts of the home page in Elementor however I can’t add new elements or move them or delete or edit “join 300+ amazing enterpreneurs…” how do I add elements to the page – how do I edit the HOMEPAGE? Please help asap or return the money so I can buy different template that works with blocks. thanks!
